SHIPPING

  • Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Please make sure to include your full address ( any apartment #s). Also double check to ensure addresses are CORRECT. We want your order to get to you the first time! 
  •  Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping, unless it is a pre-order item. Pre-Order items take about (1-2 weeks).

International shipping is available! ***

All International customers packages may require addition processing time. THEKSUPPLY is not responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customers local government when importing goods.

  • Here is the breakdown for the International Shipping fee below:

  1. 3-6 day International Shipping: $45 (Express)
  2. 6-10 day International Shipping: $25 (Standard)

    Our online customer service hours are: Monday - Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm EST. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be responded to on the next business day.
